The Mosaic Project

Building a mosaic of habitats across the town, providing homes and food for our
wonderful wildlife and bringing the town to life!

Everyone can help! There are so many ways to make our town a more friendly place for wildlife. You could: plant a window box with wildflowers, let some (or all!) of your garden get wilder, cut a hedgehog hole in your garden fence, or maybe encourage your workplace to have a wilder carpark.

Ways to get involved:

- Put your green space (no matter how small!) on the Mosaic Map.

- Read our wildlife tips and ideas for a variety of outdoor spaces.

- Share your wildlife success story with us.

- Sign up to our newsletter

- Ask for bespoke advice and information from our project lead Helen Sida

The project is a partnership between the Railway Land Wildlife Trust and Common Cause Cooperative. We are looking forward to working more with Wildflower Lewes, Lewes Urban Arboretum and Lewes Swift Supporters – as well as many other organisations and businesses across the town.
