Corridor Links
From being a small stream at the Balcombe viaduct to the navigable mouth of Newhaven port, the Sussex Ouse acts as a 42 mile corridor through our county. This has provided a context for the 'Nature Corridors for All' participants to put together e-learning materials about places that have caught their interest along the 42 mile long and 5 mile wide corridor. These are:
Glyndebourne Opera House
The Ouse at Barcombe Mills through the eyes of river bailiff, Jim Smith.
The Balcombe Viaduct.
Chailey Brickworks.
